A superb hotel, staff extremely helpful and all with fluent English. Excellent welcome with cold drinks or coffee on arrival whilst checking in. Would recommend that you hire the fridge (can hire empty or with mini bar contents). Food was fantastic, although if you required freshly grilled meat (cooked to order) the queue could get a bit long. No complaints at all with anything, if you book a late checkout be prepared to pack up and move room for your last few hours. Sun loungers are plentiful and the spa is free for adults, obviously treatments are extra. Local buses (bus station just down the road) run frequently and are cheap, use the water taxi from the harbour for a reasonable day out. Plenty of bars and restaurants at the harbour. Local supermarket and shops just opposite the hotel. The weekly market is huge, but as usual same old stuff again and again. We are hoping to go back again this year, and will hire a car this time. Will have to be brave as some of the hairpin bends on the way to the resort are scary.
