HSM Atlantic Park is an amazing complex which will be inaugurated in May 2007, after total refurbishment. It is situated in a quiet area but at the same time it is very close to the commercial and leisure centre of the resort. Barely 400 m away guests can enjoy a beautiful beach of white sand, offering all kind of facilities, where they can practise different water activities. The hotel specialises in golf and offers special service for golf lovers. The ‘Aquapark’ and the ‘Western Park’, two aquatic parks are located nearby. In the air-conditioned restaurant you can enjoy a wide selection of dishes and desserts. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool for adults and children and a mini club, among others. The distance from the airport is approximately 22 km.

Got back on 1st july hotel was fantastic and if you read the reveiws yes some of the staff dont smile but most of them where fantastic if you smile at them they smile at you, and the entertainment staff are really good.

The rooms are clean and cleaned every day with clean towels

Yes the food can be luke warm but give it a good stir and its not too bad

If your only half board the drinks can cost alot at the bar so try to go over the road to the happy inn they are so friendly and the food is amazing the omlettes are the best ever and my husband says the burgers are the best hes ever had

At mealtimes if your only half board you have too pay 2 euros to drink but you can drink as much as you like( soft drinks, wine, local lager ) at brekfast you get free drinks

The recetion staff are great they help you in every way they can

Safe hire is 2 euros and you get 4 back when you take the key back

We went out evrey night to the happy inn and had a good evening t as you walk out of the hotel to the right as you go past the donjuan there is a long appmartment block they are loud, throw things, shout things to people but just don look at them and stick to walking on the road not the pavement, dont worry you cant hear them when you in your hotel

We had a couple of noisey nights and we phoned 9 on our room phone and they came to investigate straight away but you cant always tell where the noise is coming from but it does stop they are very strict on that

Very easy to get sunbeds theres plenty for everyone and plenty of tables at night and loads of places to sit inide if you want to cool down, also a few kids machines and teddy grabbers

If you go to the beach they charge 3 euros per bed and for the umberella but you are really cramped together on th beach

If your in groups and want late nights there is plenty of stuff to do and places to go but if your a family you will want to be going back to the hotel about 11 ish cause thats when some of the idiots come out not all people in Magaluff are like that but there is a few.

All in all the hotel was amazing but wouldnt go back to Magaluff

The aqua park was a great day out 21 euros to get in and marine world was ok but not very big and that was 21 euros also

Hotel recently refurbished clean and tidy. Booked as a 4 star more like 3 star.
Food good variety but repetetive spoilt by the fact the hot plates didnt keep things hot. Seamed to be a case of first come first served.
Dining room staff pleasant and polite but bar staff the worst i have encountered in the last 40 years of traveling rude and ignorant especially the bar manager. Pool area clean and tidy with enough sun beds although hotel not full, but no towels for pool area as stated in brochure (although after discusion with manager did get some behind reception for a couple of days.)
Evening entertainment good for small kids to about 8-9 yrs games area for older ie pool table tennis arcade and all working which makes a change.
Entertainment for adults rubbish and disco worse.
All inclusive so drinks all in, couldnt drink enough to get merry it took that long to get served especially if someone in front (or behind you )were paying for their drinks, as not all were all inclusive.
In general hotel clean food edible some staff ok but majority of bar staff
want shooting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Park, the hotel was lovely and clean, the food we thought was very good, non of our party complained about any of the food, the staff were very polite and friendly, we had a couple of groups of young lads staying while we were there but we didn't have any problems with them as they tended to stay out late and stay in bed till dinnertime so we only saw them during the afternoon.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the night life so you do not have problems with noise, there are loads of bars and places to eat. Magaluf is definitely a young persons place but we all enjoyed it and if we decided to return there in the future we would not hesitate to stay at Atlantic Park.

"Independent traveller. I selected hotel because I wanted all inclusive, in quieter part of..."

Independent traveller. I selected hotel because I wanted all inclusive, in quieter part of Magaluf and good value.
Hotel’s general appearance and layout of public rooms puts it squarely in 3* bracket.
Not 4*. So I score 6/10.
Main users are couples & families although a few hen & stag parties stay there.
Lots of different nationalities although British is probably predominant. Noise is dealt with by ejection if culprits persist. 8/10
Pool area lots of sun beds and ample room. There is a small child pool. You can always find a sunny spot. Plenty of tables & chairs. 9/10
As hotel is at the end of the resort it is a bit exposed and can be slightly windy which can be a benefit in peak season and the opposite in winter.
Situated in a more peaceful part of Magaluf. If there is a peaceful part.
As resort is quite small I thought the location a plus. 8/10
Rooms well maintained in good condition with fridge and flat screen telly. Only English channel is Sky New’s. Most rooms in sun and overlook pool. 10% of rooms are at back so ask for a move if you get one of these. Cleaner comes most days. Rooms 8/10
Two lifts no problem with access.
Pool bar opens during the day. If cold or bad weather lounge bar opens. They are never open at same time. Service is quick enough so 8/10.
Drinks are average not too strong which I suppose is a good thing if you are all inclusive. Staff work hard although smiles are few. 7/10.
Food. The big problem is the food although edible is lukewarm at all meal times.
We had to use the micro wave to warm it up then it was OK.
Breakfast all the usual. Nice touch is they fry the eggs as you want them. I had mine easy over. However variation is poor. Beans and tomato always needed warming up.
Lunch I usually had a nice tuna salad plus sweet but hot or cold you could always find something. As a fall back they always had pasta and bolognaise sauce. Also good gravy.
Dinner usually chef on stage, leg of lamb, duck, turkey. roast ham, steaks etc. I always went for this. Nice vegetables if you warmed it up in micro wave.
All mealtimes had free drinks available to all board types.
Entertainment usual children’s entertainment although there was very few there when we went. Adult entertainment sketchy couple of good nights but many went out for the last few hours as there are some good bars a couple of hundred yards away.
In general an average 3* hotel. I have had better but for what I paid it was good value.
