It has two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, sun beds, parasols, a large garden, playground, dancing lessons, language classes, windsurfing, catamaran, sailing, diving, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, boat trips, tennis, squash, golf, billiards, horse riding, bicycle hire, go karts and mini golf and an excellent entertainments team who will organise lots of games, competitions, dances and shows. The Hotel Palma Nova offers comfortable bedrooms that are facilitated with an array of modern amenities like a bathroom, shower, WC, telephone, safe and a balcony that offers lovely views of the surroundings.

With meals, a variety of coffees, tea, soft drinks, beer and local alcoholic drinks are offered . Snacks like hamburgers, hot dogs, chips etc are available 10.30am - 12.30pm, 3.30pm - 6pm and 10.30pm - midnight . Unlimited locally produced drinks like whisky, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc and are served from 9 am to midnight at the hotel bar . | | Comments: | Stayed at the Hi Hotel Palma Nova, (there are a few called Hotel Plama Nova), and it was one of the worst all inclusives I've stayed in.
Should have known there was going to be problems by the way the manager replied to an email I sent him.
I asked, 'are the TRH Hotel Palma Nova and the Hi Hotel Plama Nova the same.?'

He replied 'No, they aren't' Straight to the point.
Food very poor standard, cheap cuts stewed or processed meat made to appear like genuine cuts.
Flies everywhere.
TC rep one of the most obnoxious I've met.
When I mentioned the flies, she wouldn't shut up, kept asking 'Do you want to make a complaint'.
When I explained I knew exactly how to complain IF I wished to, she still kept on asking the same stupid question. I had to tell my wife to ignore her as she started arguing with her as well.!
Plastic cups I accept around the pool for safety reasons, but in the entertainment lounge at night.? Very poor.
Entertainments team try hard to keep everyone going throughout the day & night and the room we had was large and had a pool view. (Not the original one, swapped by girl on reception at our request).
I'm starting to wonder if going All Inclusive is really worth it anymore. Not if they are all like this though.
