| | Comments: | First impressions. Hotel spotless cleaning constantly in communal areas and gardens, not quite so particular with rooms though. Aqua park good fun for a few days however we went as two parties of four and took one 8 yr old two 13 yr old and a near 18 yr old .
Kids clubs run upto age 12yrs and were great fun with enthusiastic staff however apart from water park and over priced bowling and internet cafe which are payable with hotel credit card (splash card) there was absolutely nothing for them to do, even eve entertainment was aimed at very young or the multi lingual.
17 year old wanted to disco with new friends and this didnt start until 12pm by which time many teenagers whose parents had had to pay adult all inc price for were steamed up having been told to get their moneys worth of alcohol often wearing adult bands.
All 8 of us went down with sickness and diarrohea 4 still ill 10 days after returning home and 2 1/2 weeks after start ,dr said can take up to 3- 4 weeks no cure in uk for this one (deep joy).
Having said that tried to make most of hol and did enjoy moments of it luckily had good company. But watch out for stomach bug its a real downer and according to website has been going on for some 4 - 5 years ?????????????
Dr not very friendly and would not speak until paper work signed and sealed and he d seen insurance docs..
First choice last choice for me im afraid reps were uninterested rude and really unhelpful all you need in foreign country when all un well.
Beware if going end of October we were unaware hotel closes oct 3o our hol sold until 31st were made to feel in way a little as chairs were collected entertainment stopped and aqua park shut at 3pm on thurs when we were there til fri. even told would have to pay extra for 14th night as not inc in hol but could keep til 11pm for £55 but coach wasnt coming til 2am spent total of 14 hours in lobby with 350 other people when no one using rooms anyway as hotel closed ....

Staff worked tirelessly to keep clean and prepare food so 10/10 to them
think twice and ask rep lots of questions b4 booking this one.
