| | Comments: | After booking our trip i checked the reviews of the hotel on the internet and became concerned as a large amount of people had left poor comments.
I am pleased to report they were all nonsense, the hotel rooms were fantastic as were the staff, all very friendly and helpful, the two pools on the roof were great and the heated jacuzzi was nice after a swim, the food in the restaurant is excellent as you have the choice of eating in either the dania or the megec hotels, when we were there the dania restaurant was being refurbished so we ate at the megec.
Lovely variety for breakfast and evening meal, half way through the holiday the reception asked us if we would mind changing rooms as our shower had leaked in to the room below and they needed to repair it, they gave us the keys to 5 rooms and we chose the best out of them, all were very good but some have better views than others, we moved our luggage in to the new room and settled down ,moments later the reception knocked on the door again but this time with a bottle of bubbly some flowers and chocolates, this to to say thank you for being so understanding they said which i thought was very good of them.
Over all we were very pleased with the hotel and staff and will always stay there when we return to tenerife.
