| | Comments: | Arrived at the Hotel at 10pm with two large suitcases and two small holdalls, 1 push chair and a six month old baby. We were allocated a room on the fourth floor and were given no help at all with our luggage etc - we struggled up there only to find that our room was already occupied - we struggled down again to the reception and were allocated another room, when we eventually got there we discovered that ther was no cot for the baby - another trip to reception to organise this and by this time it was 11pm! We were told that that it was too late to eat and that the restaurant was closed. They advised us to go out and look for somewhere open and to bring back the bill to them, needless to say with a six month old in tow we never bothered.
The adult entertainment in the hotel didn't start untill 11pm and was at most average.
The brochure stated that the mini fridge in the room would be stocked daily, however in this hotel this meant 1 coke, 1 water and 1 carton of juice daily regardless of how many occupied the room.
The reps had no idea - when asked simple things like where the nearest markets where they replied ' Don't know '
The reception staff just couldn't be bothered!
There were numerous other incidents - too many to mention.
This holiday cost a lot of money and I didn't feel that it was good value for money.
It was listed as a four star but I would have given it a two.
