| | Comments: | This hotel is definetly not a four star. The rooms require a refurb and change to the decore. However the maids cleaned the room every day. That is about the best thing you could say about this hotel. The pool area was not kept clean with rubbish around until it was picked up by one of the holiday makers. The entertainment is the worst I have ever seen, all day time activities were not for children but were dedicated to the large Italian tourists at the hotel.
We went all inclusive and was dissapointed with the food quality. A lot of the food was cold. Would not recommend all inclusive because of the bars located outside the hotel and the deals they offered.
Staff at the hotel are rude and are more interested in looking after the Italian and Spanish guests.
We loved the resort and recommend it but not this hotel.
