| | Comments: | Tenerife resort is a very good holiday. The Esmaralda hotel is not a 4 star hotel this should be a 2 star plus rooms very run down, food to cold, pool area dirty and staff not interested in the british. My husband and I went here from the 8th of june 2007 till the 22nd of june 2007 and we had to be moved to different rooms as drainage is a problem in this hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 4 star, entertainment was terrible. We went all inclusive cost us £1600 pounds and all our spending money was used for eating out. One of the best resturants we found was at the sea front called Bentleys really good food we ate their a lot.
We will go back to Tenerife as we did like the resort but never to this hotel this really needs to be checked out by Direct holidays as it is such a run down place.
