| | Comments: | We loved the hotel and would go back any time. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. The time the housekeeping staff spent decorating the room with the swan towels and fanned curtains was very much appreciated. The only down side was the very dirty water in the lake area but this by no mean detered us from have a very good holiday at this hotel.
This issue was being resolved as we left for home so hope the lake is now looking its best. If you went away from this holiday hungry it was your own fault there was such a selection of food for all tastes.
The Colonial restaurant is a must at least once during your visit. The entertainment team were excellent how they did such a good job day in and day out I do not know.
The only down side to this holiday is if you want to be the independant traveller and visit local towns on your own it is not advised and you are actually detered from doing this.
This would be the only reason we would not go back to the Dominican as we do like to go out and about on our own from time to time.
But it you are happy to say within the resort for your holiday that I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
