The Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop in total peace & tranquility 15 minutes from Faro International Airport & the coast. The property is set in breathtaking countryside overlooking the town of Loulé which is only a 5 minute drive away. The Quinta now consists of a 1 bed rustic cottage, a 2 bed rustic cottage along with a further two 1 bed cottages & also the owners cottage. Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century & all 4 cottages have their own private entrances, kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces & Bar-B-Q areas. All cottages have been furnished to a very high standard with cane & pine furniture. The Quintassential is ideal accommodation for a group of people that wish to holiday together but still wish to have their own privacy. The cottages accommodate from 2 - 13 people & can be let out individually or together. | | Comments: | | This was our second visit to the Quintassential and on this occasion we travelled with some friends so that they could see a little bit of paradise. Work had been carried out during the winter months, up grading of the bathrooms, extending of the pool area, all to a very high standard and good taste. The peace and tranquility was just as we remembered it was back in August 2003. The evening meal option at the Quintassential is superb, not to be missed. Authentic Portuguese cuisine served on the owners own private terrace. From here you can savour the marvellous views from Faro through to Portimao and just unwind and relax. We will definitely come back and we know that our friends have already booked to return at the end of the year.
