A quiet resort, Cala Blanca is situated on Menorcas west coast. Pine trees dot the rugged coastline and the attractive white sandy beach is just the place to relax and unwind. There are several bars and restaurants and a shopping centre in the area. Relax in the comfortable rooms, family rooms, suites and interconnecting rooms, equipped with telephone, air conditioning / heating, TV SAT/TV, safe deposit box and private bathroom with shower and WC. | | Comments: | The whole family thought that Menorca was a fantastic place for a holiday, the food / sea / sand /coves all excellent. Night entertainment was very minimal in our particular location but with a car it didn't take long to get anywhere, you need a car to see the island at its best for a few days at least - we stayed at a fairly quiet resort and were very impressed with the welcome, attitude and helpfulness of all locals.
One thing I will insist on next time is aircon in the accommodaiton , it was just too hot too sleep
One other thing, transfers from the airport were unreliable on our trip and would pick up a taxi next time there in abundance and much cheaper than the prebooked transfer coach? (Northampton).
