Would class hotel as good to excellent, particularly staff who were friendly, helpful and courteous. Good indoor pool facilities but outdoor pool small and not well equipped. Brochure picture of this pool definitely misleading. Some bedrooms are situated above Starlight Room which can have late finishing functions, therefore these rooms can be a bit noisy. Quality of food very good and prices are reasonable. Worth a return visit to both Jersey and this hotel.
