We had a superb time and nothing could be faulted. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Get the Gold Passport (free from the Hyatt website) - it's really worth it. We are planning to go back in September and regularly thereafter. A perfect haven for those who want peace and quiet or for families that need more. We spent most of our time relaxing and snorkeling. If you are thinking about staying at the Marriott or the Sofitel - don't ! Go to the Hyatt - you won't regret it.
