| | Comments: | This hotel is not spacious as it states in the brochure. The 4th bed is not suitable for children up to 12 years old, only for a child about 8. When four beds are being used in the room it is VERY cramped, no room inbetween beds. Wardrobes are small. There is a real problem with sunbeds in this hotel, there are not enough to go around. There are only 300... this hotel has 253 room!!! You need to get up at 7 o'clock to queue for sunbeds even though the doors open at 8. The restaurant has a poor waiter service, not enough staff are on duty and we ended up clearing and setting our own tables. We feel that this should not be a thompson 4 't' hotel. Team leader rep was most unhelpful.
