This hotel was crap , from the day we arrived , we arrived on the 16th june ( tuesday) and chilled for the day , on wednesday went down the pool and jumped in , with 24 hours from being in that pool , i had a allergic reaction to sumfin in the pool , i had 3rd degree burns , my arms and back had blistered up.
I visited the english doctors ( even with health insurance) u have to pay for your visit there and for your prescription if u need one , i had to stay in the room for 4 days to recover i was in agony , after 4 days i decided to go out , we went down for dinner , and with in that time , a member of staff had gone into our locked room , and stolen all our money , we went down to the reception to report it and got fobbed off by the managment.
I contacted a thomas cook rep and they told us , it would cost 40 euros to go to the police ( translator fees ) which we didnt have as all our cash had been stolen , and all we would get is a crime number and as our cash wasnt in a safe we wouldnt get it back anyway , ( they didnt mention about a safe till afterwoulds).
Then on the friday my partner got food poisoning , and we couldnt take her to a doctor as all our cash had been stolen so she had to rest in the room for the remainder of our so called holiday , this hotel is the worst on the island , there was no entertainment the whole week we were there and there are loads of hotels better than this in magaluf , all the english are moved to one building away from the main hotel , the hill u have to climb from town was that steep i had to set up base camp half way up lol.
When our cash was stolen we were told the staff have no room keys , yet saturday afternoon whilst we were in our room , ( door locked) staff managed to unlock our doors and walk in while we were in there , how amazing considering they said they had no keys .....
The food was nr enough the same thing every night for the whole week , and as for the guy wanting to know about supplements u dont have to pay any m8 , this hotel should be stayed clear from , theres much better on the island u just got to look, the only thing nice was the view from ur room , thats it !!!!!
stay away from the hotel its the worst one on the island ....
And dont think about taking drinks back to ur room to put in ur bath to chill while u want a drink in ur room , as the baths self empty regardless of a plug being in them every 10 mins lol STAY AWAY FROM GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL .....

Magaluf overlooks the bay of Palma and lies about 16 miles from the airport. Although a lot of work has been done to improve the centre and the resorts image, it still remains a favourite with the young, free and single due to the enormous amount of bars and discos at night. The biggest concentration of hotel and apartment blocks on the island, provide plenty of tourists for the many shops at the resort centre, while there is also a market at Calvia on a Monday. Water sports, go-karting, and a waterpark are all on offer for your daytime entertainment, with tennis and a golf course close by. The largest beach on the southern side of the island can still become crowded during the high season, and with the latest attraction, a glass sided submarine, there's never a dull moment here.
Like most of the popular European resorts, you'll find a huge amount of bars, pubs and restaurants here, serving every food combination you can think of. Plenty of fast food outlets give you the choice of burgers, pizzas and various fried chicken combinations with generous helpings of chips and salad if that's what you like. More traditional fare such as Sopa de Pescado (garlic stew with fish and tomatoes), Calderetas (lamb stew with almonds) and the fish specials Calamari (squid in batter deep fried) and Longostinos (giant prawns) are all worth a try. The local beers are as good as anything you'll drink back home and probably cheaper too. Wines and of course Sangria, are there to be enjoyed at every meal, and add to that the imported varieties and your drinking choice is endless.
