Comments:
The location of the hotel was excellent. The hotel is very run down and is in desperate need of renorvating. The corridors and lifts were dirty and smelly we changed rooms four times before we found one that was acceptable but this cost us an upgrade fee of $150. You are charged for everything including the room safeand even to make a cup of coffee in your room. The photo of the hotel on the net must have been taken when it was new. All that we wanted was a clean and pleasant hotel but unfortunatly we ended up at the royal kona. It spoilt what was otherwise a beautiful holiday. (stoke-on-trent)
