| | Comments: | We stayed at Hotel Dolphin Negombo for 3 nights as a stopover on our way to Australia, we booked online & were very impressed with what we got for our money, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet which was included in the price was delicious.
Our stay was made even better with the help of Edward who runs the gift shop just off the beach by the hotel. Edward gave us a guided tour of Negombo, a local boat trip & also a trip to Kandy which included a visit to the elephant orphanage, a tea factory & the temple of the tooth. He was extremely friendly and even cooked us a meal one night, Edward went out of his way to make our holiday special at fantastic value and we are very glad to have met him and would recommend that anyone staying at the hotel go see him & check out his variety of trips you will not regret it!
