The Rim Pae is a superb hotel. The rooms are excellent and the facilities second to none. There are spa treatments, water sports and a whole host of daytime activities. The sea is warm and the beach and sunsets as scenic as they come. For a relaxing time at an excellent resort, at rock bottom prices come here. Even the hotel bars and rests charge reasonable prices and the breakfast buffet could not be bettered. On the negative side it is a long way from the airport and the journey is not the best. Also there is little local life. If you want to get out and about the hotel runs a bus to Ban Phe and you can get to Rayong by hiring the guy who has a minibus next door to the hotel. All in all fantastic and we will be back. For the same pice as France/Spain you get a tropical beach.
