Exellent hotel, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, very good kids club[koko-nut-klub]. 2 pool's one with a 64ft slide great for the kids[and adults], plenty of life guards so no worries about the kids. If not eating breakfast in the Hotel Batu Ferringhi cafe exellent value for money turn right out of the hotel.
