| | Comments: | Just don't even go there.. the hotel is a building site.. They are building an additional 2 top floors on.. The scaffolding and protective nets are very poor the nets are in shreds. Nothing stops debris falling 7 floors to the ground.. Its a disgrace we had cement and pebbles falling on us on the balconys despite changing rooms.. The cement also fell into the street over the entrance.. We were not told of this major work going on by our holiday company...
The surrounding area is anything but friendly, inspite of armed tourist police at the hotel entrance you are accosted the instant you step into the street..
If you have booked B&B or half board, you have to have 'all' your booked meals in the same restaurant on the ground floor.. The food though plentiful is served warm!!! Even when we asked for it to be heated in the microwave they hung onto it after and then gave it back not much hotter than before.. Yes we complained had changed rooms but the hazardous conditions from the site affected every resident.. Health & Safety they do not exist in these countries.. Do not holiday here until you are assured all the work has been finished!!! Also the above form doesn't really apply to this place there are no facilities for children except a small kids pool next the main pool, although the main pool was cleaned daily the kids pool was never cleaned at all in the week we were there. The colour of the water was visibally dirty.
