Good value Paris hotel - EUR60 per room, breakfast optional but worth the extra few Euros. Usual reliable IBIS standards. Restaurant popular with locals. On-site parking. Only drawback might be the 15/20 min walk to the RER (at La Defence - Zone 3) or Metro (Pont de Neuilly Zone 2). Once on the RER only 1 stop to the Champs Elysee. There is an even cheaper budget hotel next door, also part of the Accor chain.
