This comfortable hotel has a good range of on site amenities and also very spacious rooms. Facilities at the complex include swimming pool, sun terrace and sun beds, buffet restaurant, tv lounge, snack bar, 3 bars and varied entertainments programme. Just 120 metres from the lively resort centre of Torremolinos which has a wide selection of tapas, bars, shops and restaurants. | | Comments: | Went independently Flying Easyjet, and booked Hotel with Alpha-beds for 4 nights half board Total cost for 4people £451 for all.( Tour operators are making a mint).
Hotel very Spanish, as was the food which was well cooked and, plenty of it.
the staff were fantastic, and could not do enough for the clients.
We required a wheelchair, and booked through an English company before going to Spain. Was supposed to arrive at 9am, and waited until 10am and telephoned the company who told me that he was entitled to his sleep also but, would be there in about 30 minutes. .Arrived at 1045hrs and no apology but again informed me, that he was still entitled to his sleep. The hotel porter said that I should have ordered it through the hotel, and his Spanish company would have been on time and it would have been cheaper.
We wanted to book trips to Gibralter etc and again booked through reception and this proved to be cheaper than quoted in the Reps Books. Another surprise was when going on trips, an Early breakfast plus a free picnic box when you book from reception. All in all not a bad hotel.
Down-side.
Too far to walk to the beach, the balcony doors didnt open an seem to have been stuck for a long time. The balcony was not child proof. The Swimming pool appeared to have clean water until you looked at the sides and the Suntan lotion scum was all around the edge of the pool.
I would definitely go back for a winter break as it is so handy for thr town centre. | |
