The food is in the main for the russian/german visitors. The reception staff on the whole were ignorant and from my 'belief' must of owned the hotel. The customer RELATIONS was there just to dole out complaint forms and smile. The bar staff must of been related to the reception personel because the must of been part owners. It's a beautiful hotel that is being ruined by a few bad staff. I would not stay at the hotel ever again if they gave me a free holiday sorry to say.
