Comments:
I specifically asked for a quiet room. Instead, we were given a room on the street with construction being carried out on a building accross the street. They worked until 10 pm. When I complained, the staff was not only unhelpful, but rude. They said the hotel was full, so we could not have a quiet room.They would not let me use the hotel phone to call other hotels to change to a quieter hotel. It is the only hotel in our 25 years of travelling to Europe that we left in the middle of our stay. I would suggest the Blue House Hotel about 2 blocks away as a better alternative in the same area.
