Comments:
Overall we had an enjoyable holiday in Malta. However, certain aspects of the hotel prompted questions to its 4* rating. The food was just satisfactory at best (on a couple of nights). The table cloths were left from previous guests and were invariably dirty/stained. The swimming pool was tiny and spent most of the day in the shade. The available sun loungers were too few for the size of the hotel. We would advise anyone staying here to request a balcony room as we did not have any natural light coming into our room due to its positioning. Also, every time water was ran there was a smell of the drainage system in the hotel room. It took numerous requests to finally receive a hair dryer as mentioned on the hotel itinery. The cleaners were very thorough and the staff were generally helpful. The local bus terminal was a short walk away and so the rest of malta was easily accessible. (Misterton)
