The St George Hotel has a unique location, situated nearly at the mouth of Dubai Creek with stunning views across to Bur Dubai and across Deira. The hotel is a very short distance to the Gold Souk and the Spice Souk. The standard rooms are among the largest in the city and nearly all identical as the hotel was purpose built. The highlight of each room is the view and the size of the room. The decor is becoming slightly tired especially in the bathrooms but they are all of a good standard. Due to the size the rooms, they are ideal for families with three sleeping guests. | | Comments: | | THE HOTEL AND HOLIDAY OVERALL WAS MOST ENJOYABLE FOOD ON THE HALF BOARD BASIS WAS VERY GOOD QUALITY AND A WIDE CHOICE WAS AVAILIBLE DAILY. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY ONLY DOWNER I WOULD SAY WAS POSITION OF HOTEL BEING ABOUT 3 MILES FROM PAPHOS ITSELF AND ALSO THE BATHROOMS I THOUGHT COULD OF DONE WITH AN UPGRADE, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE ALWAYS SPOTLESSLY CLEANSED. | |
