| | Comments: | This hotel should not be a four star in our opinion, together with a lot of other guests we chatted to. The rooms were clean but dated, the linen tatty. Some of the staff were friendly but these were in the minority. Most of them were downright rude. We were frequently accused of trying to stockpile drinks, which was not true and by the end of the holiday my mild natured husband was totally fed up with it and had an exchange of words with the barman. There was a large contingency of Russian guests and the lady who organised games etc was Russian. She also ran the disco and karaoke and again this was biased towards Russian culture. We met some good people and these, together with a dogged determination, ensured we enjoyed our holiday. This was, however, despite the efforts of the staff and not as a result of.
We would never go back to this hotel. The attitude of the staff was almost as if there was a conspiracy amongst them to get the hotel closed down!
