| | Comments: | A large, beach front Hotel in a good location, close to some restaurants, bars and shops.
Our room was spacious and cleaned well on a daily basis. Staff were polite and extremely helpful.
In general the Hotel was fine but maybe the decor was a little tired and dated.
We couldn't fault the food or the service, there was plenty of variety to suite most tastes.
The pool area and the gardens were lovely, and the beach was clean and inviting.
The Amethus seemed to cater mainly for adults and we didn't many children there during our stay.(there were lots of Russian guests)
Overall not quite as impressive as i'd hoped, didn't live up to it's five star rating but the helpfulness of staff compensated for this.
