| | Comments: | Have just returned today and unfortunately i have to agree with a majority of the previous reports - but not all together
The hotel was nice, rooms were comfortable although bed was a bit hard for us. It did get cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels.
The food in the restaurant was predictable and i thought it was a cheek that you had to buy the drinks for your evening meal - the menu worked on a 3 day roster i sussed out - Leek soup, veal, perch, shepherds pie with chips. Puddings always the same.
I did find the staff in the hotel reception friendly to deal with however bar staff pulled faces if no tip was left. The holiday rep although pretty to look at wasnt very helpful - i had the misfortune to end up with the wrong suitcase on arrival, it was my error but the rep didnt seem too interested and would only provide me with a number to ring - i got it sorted within 20 minutes myself but left me wondering!!!
There was absolutely no entertainement in the hotel for brits!! All entertainment was geared towards spanish - ballroom dancing bingo and flamenco. In fact it was over run with elderly spaniards which was not a problem but i think a warning from the tour operator may have been nice. There were a few british couples there of varying ages mainly 50+ however they all entertained my daughter and were very nice. In fact one of them joked that i had booked a week at an old folks guest house so i suppose that would sum it up.
Dont think i would go back, didnt think the resort was that good. Belemadena lookd much better.
