| | Comments: | We arrived at the Grand Hotel on Wednesday 20 September to be told by the Manager that there had been an overbooking and that we would be taken to another Hotel called the Cosmipolitan which had the same facilities until the Friday when we could check in at 12.00 noon. The facilties were not the same as the Grand and we felt that we had lost a couple of days of our holiday. On our return to the Grand we found that we were not alone and at least 10 of us had been affected and shipped down the road, we also found out that this appears to be a common thing to happen as it had happened in previous weeks. We also do not consider that the Grand Hotel to be of a 5 star rating especially with regard to the quality of the food served.
