| | Comments: | We have just returned from the Minos Beach for the ninth time over an eleven year period. This hotel never fails. If you want a peaceful, restful holiday, beautiful location and staff who know their job backwards - it is here.
Go for you honeymoon. Go for you retirement. Go on your own. Occasionally there are children but not often as Candia Park is more family oriented but our grandchildren have been and loved it.
There are books on a table in reception or in the restaurant that have been written in by guests over many years. You are invited to write in the current one as you leave. Good or bad. In these books you can see that people have returned year after year after year.
They can't all be wrong. We know 1st hand why everyone seems to go back. Why don't you get to know? We have travelled widely but the Minos Beach Hotel and Crete call us back.
When you meet and chat to those who have come for the first time, the phrase always comes out 'There is just something about this place. It is so peaceful. I think we'll be coming back' This is met with a smile from those of us who have been lots of times as we know know the magic has happened to them too!
Do go. Give it few days and wait for that feeling to come over you. It really is an experience you need to have in your life.
