| | Comments: | First time visit to the resort and one to consider for the future. There realy is something for everyone form the kiddies pool for the under 6s, the free entrance aquapark (which is great for us big kids even), to the adult only pool!! Rooms are excellent and the food is good but becomes a bit repetitive after a week.
There again for a relatively small fee you can have an evining meal eat in the steak, Turkish or Italian restaurants restaurants and be waited on to boot. Service from all staff at the resort is superb.
Outside the resort Kusadasi is worth a visit, though the taxi is expensive in my opinion. There is also the option of getting a free taxi , but here you will need to dine in a restaurant in the town.
We did this but would not do it if we visited again as it wasn't that cheap, and menat you had to go to the one place to eat.
There are may fish restaurants on the sea front which we would have preferred to have gone to. The other option is a bus into the town which in my opinion is the better option.
For the history buffs and architects there is the Turkish site at Ephesus which was built 2000+ years ago. This is one of the seven wonders of the world I believe and is realy worth visiting. It is only about 15 mins from the resort.
All in all I would go again, but the next time would fly if possinble into Ismir as the transfer from Bodrum takes 2 hours in the middle of the night.
Do not know what it would be in the day !!
