| | Comments: | We were very disappointed with this hotel. We were shown a room with a pool view, if you could see out of the terrace doors. They were dirty and look as if they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Bedding was fraying at the edges and one wall had over 10 small holes in it.
They had managed to squeeze a 3rd bed into this room. We asked to change and the next room was no better. The window in the bathroom was missing and the pipes exposed. Reception staff were unhelpful.
The hotels customer services rep was even more unhelpful and even very rude to the Thomas Cook rep.
We contacted Thomas Cook and the rep came immediately. I can't fault thomas Cook for the help they gave us.
They confirmed that the rooms were not up to standard. Maria, who was on her day off helped Keiron our rep get us a different hotel.
They were brilliant.
Thanks to them both for making our holiday.
