| | Comments: | We arrived 11th July for our two week holiday, first impressions of the hotel were good they have a lovely marble hotel reception area with lots of seating areas this in my opion was the best part of the hotel.
Our rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning our rooms fresh towels every day ect, the food was most disappointing repeative buffet if you like 'Pork' you are in luck it was on the menue in different forms most nights. There was not enough cups at breakfast or glasses very poor and by the time the two weeks were over we were glad to get home.
They did provide entertainment for the kids and it was ok although my two boys did not take part in the activites, the staff were at times rude and not very helpfull if you had a problem they were most dissmisive.
Also there were not enough sun loungers available for high season and you had to get up at the crack of dawn to get one.
there were also cockroaches in the downstairs toilets mens, gross .
on our last day we were told that they offered a courtiesy room to use after we had checked out when we went at four in the afternoon to get our room we were told that there were several people waiting and come back in a hour went back and still no room so i had to shower in the open area of the ladies toilets, so be warned.
Overall this holiday did not live up to our expectations and as for a 4 star not a chance more like a 2 or three star at best.
