The Amalia Apartments are situated only 400 metres from Benidorms long and lively Levante beach and a short walk from the shopping centre and the quaint old town. Closer still are all the ingredients that make a perfect holiday, with bars, restaurants, shops for that all- important retail therapy, the amazing nightlife plus Benidorms theme parks and attractions with good transport links to the area. Even more tempting, the Amalia apartments have been given a facelift in the winter of 05 /06 and are now even more comfortable and, even better, the bar below serving food, snacks and drinks to the pool is now under British management. Facilities at the Amalia Apartments include a Bar, Snack Bar, Swimming Pool and a full daytime and evening entertainment programme.

| | Comments: | Well lets just say that i will never ever book over the internet again!! Me and my mum arrived at the Amalia apartments to find a filthy hole of a bar. The glasses hanging up and in the cupboards were abso filthy, covered in dust, it was as if they had just opened the place after it being abandoned for years.
We then had to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned by one ignorant cleaner who had a cheek to sweat cause the place was a samonella, MRSA, D AND V riddened hole!
Whilst waiting for our room we were approached by numerous guests who knew that we were coming which was like something out of a horror movie. I went down to the shop for the basic stuff for the room like milk, tea bags, cereal, bread etc and John (manager) the ruddest guy ive ever met was very offended that we bought our own food for the apartment and wasnt planning on eating his bowl of ceareal which he charged 1 euro.
SELF CATERING HELLO!!!!!!!!! tosser!! Everyone was so rude even the girl behind the bar didnt say 2 words.
When we got the keys to our room we headed upstairs the nightmare begins, as we got out of the lift we were confronted by our room door which had obviously been kicked in and was repaired with polyfiller that right polyfiller!!!!
We entered this hole of a room just imagine a YMCA or hostel or a all male bothy thats giving the room a compliment. No lights work as my mum went to see if the cooker worked and i was using the toilet so the toilet light was on and it blew all the electrics JOHN WAS NOT AMUSED!!
Safe wasnt on the wall so anyone could have broken in and just walked out with it!! it should be condemed its that bad.
The pool had a oily film on it as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks abso terrible. So me and my mum got all important documents in her bag and walked from old benidorm to new benidorm and went into every hotel on the way with no vacancies we started to panic as it would mean we would have to stay in that horrible place.
At last we found a gorgeous hotel and we have to pay 600 pound between us to stay else were we left after being 2 hours in that hell hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DONT STAY I MEAN IT I THOUGHT IT WOULDNT BE AS BAD AT THE REVIEWS SAYS BUT ITS WORSE!! THANK GOD MY MUM WAS THERE!!
