Aloha Gardens luxury resort is ideally located in Nueva Andalucia, in the heart of the Golf Valley, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains, in the most sought after western part of Costa del Sol, in Andalusia, Southern Spain.
This perfect location combines the tranquillity of a residential area together with the excitement of international life and nightlife. The glamorous Puerto Banus marina where the rich and famous moor their yachts is only 1,5 km-1mile far and Marbella sandy beaches are 3 km-2 miles far, whereas Malaga and Gibraltar airports are about 50 minutes drive. This elegant resort is within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, international restaurants, sport centres, beaches and nightlife. Taxis and busses are available and although a car is not really necessary, it is recommended if you want to discover Andalusia to the full and to enjoy some of Costa del Sol countless attractions. Aloha Gardens is a luxury secure gated resort built in a typical Andalusian village style, with 3 floors apartment units, set amidst beautiful landscaped tropical gardens, fountains and waterfall. The spacious (97 M2) ground-floor apartment has a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace with direct access to a small private garden facing Aloha golf course with Sierra Blanca mountains as background. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a 21’’ satellite TV and en-suite bathroom whereas the twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing-drying machine, dishwasher, electrical plates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker….28’’ satellite TV in the living room, video, CD/tape player, board games, books... The covered terrace has sun furniture and BBQ. Marble floor, air conditioning, heating, private place in the underground car park, 24H security service. The sleeping capacity is 4 adults + baby. Sorry but pets are not admitted. Although it is a self-catering apartment, cleaning service can be supplied. Amenities : 3 swimming pools: the central pool is surrounded by gardens, the 2nd pool has a water chute for children (under renovation), and the 3rd pool with sliding canopy is heated in winter and has a jacuzzi. There is a small children’s play area with swing and toboggan. You have free access to the fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi and with a small charge, you can book Aloha Gardens tennis and paddle tennis courts (floodlit) or the multipurpose court to play soccer and basketball. The resort has a reception, restaurant, bar, video rentals, bank and many shops are within walking distance. The famous El Corte Ingles hypermarket is in Puerto Banus about 25 minutes walk. Rates in euros include all charges (electricity + water consumption), linen are provided except beach towels.
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season - 2 weeks in July and August. Changeover day: Saturday, negotiable except in high season. Reduction for stay over 2 weeks except in high season. A 50% deposit is requested upon reservation and you have 5 working days to transfer the deposit or to cancel without any fee. The balance is due 1 month before arrival. Should you wish to cancel, the cancellation charges are: - More than 8 weeks prior to arrival: 80 euros for bank and handling fees - 4-8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total rental rate - 2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total rental rate - Less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund A 300 euros refundable deposit will be asked on arrival to cover for damages to the apartment and will be refunded after departure if no damages are recorded. . |
