Description
Santa Tomas lies on the south coast about 20 miles from the airport, and although it has a great selection of good standard hotel and apartment blocks, it's very quiet here with nothing in the way of night life worth talking about. The beaches are quite good but narrow, and two commercial centres serve both the locals and the tourists essential needs. Some shows provided by the hotels are about all you'll find to keep you entertained, so no need for the ear plugs here.
