Description Letojanni is located on the beachfront with a parade for romantic strolls
Central to Letojanni's character are thriving industries such as the cultivation of olives, wine grapes, almonds and various fruits. As you may have guessed this makes the local cuisine a joyful experience, always fresh and tantalizing.
Letojanni has been relatively untouched by tourism, so options for the evenings are limited to simply relaxing with a glass of wine or sampling the delights of a traditional, home-cooked Sicilian meal. Giardini Naxos and Taormina has a greater selection of bars.
Shops here are small and full of character with bright and colourful facades.
Adding to Letojanni's charm are its historical sites, which provide a break from a life of sun bathing and promenading, with the neo-Gothic parish church of particular interest. It's a good base as the train station has services to Giardini Naxos and Catania amongst other places.
