Description

Amalfi lies about 16 miles from the airport and has a beautiful cathedral and a collection of fine up-market hotels. Plenty of religious festivals and art exhibitions, make a welcome relief from the fine sandy beach, and narrow side streets that house a multitude of shops. Some bars and the odd disco are all you will find at night, with additional entertainment provided by the hotels in the form of shows and cabarets.
