Description
The beautiful village of Agia Pelagia is located about 18 km West of Heraklion. Agia Pelagia has a narrow sandy beach around the bay where you can find many tavernas serving traditional Greek meals. The beach also has sun beds, umbrellas and water sports - the Divers club Crete is actually located here and is one of most beautiful places for scuba diving in Crete. Agia Pelagia is hilly and most of the accommodation is on the hillside giving spectacular views out to sea
