There was one blood stained pillow. Quality of pillows awful, bed hard. Food dreadful, ate out every night. Receptionist staff poor. Asked 4 times for english on Tv never happened. Asked for a taxi. very reluctant to help.

Allocated this hotel on arrival as our original had not opened. absolutely dire. The beer caused bad stomach’s, food was uneatable, people were having money and items stolen from their rooms, staff were unhelpful, the whole place is very dark, put 5 ...See the full report
