Yalis Studios & Apartments - 2 Star+

This small quiet resort is on the east coast of Skiathos. Transfer times are approximately 15 minutes from the airport. An excellent golden beach adorns this bay, which is backed by pine ladened hills. Boat trips from the beach, and various water sports are on offer here. For those wishing to travel further a field you can elect to travel by water taxi to Skiathos Town from the beach. Nightlife is fairly limited, but comfort can be gained in the knowledge that the tavernas and restaurants serve a fine selection of fresh local foods such as fish as well as a selection of local wines. Small hotels and apartments are available giving the overall feel of a resort which caters for the family wishing to escape from the 100 mile per hour lifestyle back home.
