The Xanthi Studios are set on a hillside above the rest of Kolios, 300 metres away from the main road with a convenient local bus stop nearby for transport into Skiathos Town, which is 8 kilometres away, or to any of the many beaches of Skiathos. Kolios beach is only 500 metres away so it's in a great location half way down the island which means the island, its town and its beaches are all easily explored by a local bus or rented car. The nearest restaurant is close by with mini-markets and tavernas only a few hundred metres away. Xanthi Studios are accessed via an uphill sloping track.
Rooms at the Xanthi Studios have a bathroom, WC, shower, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, fridge, air conditioning payable locally and a balcony or terrace.
Facilities at the Xanthi Studios include a swimming pool, sun terrace, sun beds, parasols and the complex will organize excursions and car hire for you.

Excellent accomodation that I would recommend to anybody. Xanthi is all you would want and expect from self catering apartments. Every room has a balcony with a great view, the rooms are kept clean and are comfortable.
