Stayed here a second time out of necessity and it has improved slightly but not much ! I didn"t pay on arrival this time but only because I warned them about the last time when they had to refund my bill for doing so. Bathroom in room was dirty...See the full report

Has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Wales. And a word of warning - you are expected to pay your bill ON ARRIVAL ! Poor service, badly trained and unhelpful staff, shoddy rooms with poor decor. Overall a horror ! Avoid.See the full report

In November 2006 Fusions Brasserie was awarded 2 AA Rosettes and also 4 Stars Restaurant with rooms for the quality of the accommodation. The Wynnstay Arms has also received entries in the Good Pub Guide 2007 and The Good Hotel Guide 2007. This is a small 6-bedroom restaurant with rooms, recently awarded 4 stars for its accommodation and 2 rosettes for the fusions brasserie. the restaurant also offers a more casual dining option in the cafe bar, serving gastropub style food.
