Completely renovated in 2003, this apartment complex consists of 69 apartments. Facilities include foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lifts as well as a currency exchange desk, a cosy bar and a cloakroom. Additionally, guests may also use the Internet access for an additional fee as well as a laundry service and medical assistance. Room service is also available and younger guests may participate in the kids club activities as well as let some steam off in the childrens playground.
