WDW Standard Homes with pool are set in quiet well-kept residential areas. All homes are individual in their specifications. However, all will have standard features which include: private swimming pool with covered screened patio (designed to let the sun’s rays in and keep the bugs out) air conditioning, at least 1 TV, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, washing machine, and tumble dryer. These three and four bedroom homes have a master bedroom with double or queen bed, bathroom with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms have twin beds or double beds. ?he homes are within 20 to 25 minutes of drive of Walt Disney World (subject to traffic) and approximately 32 km from the Orlando International Airport.Note:Distance from the grocery store is approximately 3 km.
