We knew whenever we went into reception that this was not a 3 star[Grubby] Arrive on th tues asked for towels we wer told "in the laundry" thank god we had a beach towel as we asked daily with the same reply. Got 2 on Thurs. The appt extremely basic...See the full report

It was absolute rubbish my child cut her foot on a peice of glass in the childrens pool on the first day of our holiday the glass went through her toe and through her tendant she had to have stiches inside and out. The manager and owner were un -help...See the full report
