The town of Calpe lies north of Benidorm, just in between Altea and Moraira. It stretches along the gently curved bay, the northern corner is marked by the increadible Rock of Ifach. Calpe was originally a small fishing village but now it's a busy town with a modern marina that sits along side the fishing port. It offers a mixture of old Valencian culture and modern tourist trappings
