This beautiful villa, which sleeps 6 people, is set in a superb location in Agios Dimitrios. The sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away and the beach stretches for miles. There are a couple of local tavernas in this quiet hamlet. The nearest shopping is in Lixouri, 2 miles south of Agios Dimitrios. Lixouri is the second largest town on Kefalonia and offers a full range of amenities. The open-plan living area comprises a lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge opens onto a large patio with magnificent views over the gulf to the mountains beyond. There is a C.D. hi-fi. The villa has three twin bedrooms, all pleasantly furnished with fitted wardrobes. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite with shower, the third bedroom has an en-suite with shower and bath. The property includes an infinity swimming pool with shallower play-area for the children. The whole area has recently been stocked with plants which add to the peacefulness of the villa. The pool has a sun terrace with sun-loungers and sunbrellas.
