With independent villas and residential units, this modern tourist complex is surrounded by abundant vegetation and is close to the seaside. Situated in ground floor and first floor apartments, the accommodation can be reached via walking and cycle paths from the central parking areas. Only few steps from the coast, there is a dancing terrace, restaurant and coffee bar. Guests have at their disposal all the facilities provided in Residence Punta Verudela. Enjoy a sports and recreation centre, a seawater swimming pool, a coffee bar and shopping centre at just 200 metres away.
